Omari Moore completes his signing with Valencia Basket

American combo guard Omari Moore (1.98m, Pasadena, California, 09/18/2000, 24 years old) is now officially a new Valencia Basket player for the upcoming season after successfully completing his medical and physical examination, as well as cardiological and stress tests at Quirónsalud.
The new taronja player underwent the check-up this Monday at the Quirónsalud Mercado de Colón Medical Center under the supervision of Valencia Basket’s head doctor, Dr. Vicente Sebastiá, with the support of Dr. Antonio Giner for the stress test and Dr. Catheline Lauwers for the cardiological tests, all with satisfactory results.
About Omari Moore
The player has experience in European basketball, having competed last season with Darussafaka Basketbol Istanbul, where he finished among the top performers in the Turkish league in scoring (15.7 points, 7th), assists (5.5, 6th), and steals (1.3, 7th), ranking as the third most efficient player in the Turkish League (17.2 rating) and the eighth most impactful player in the competition (358.1 in the Floor Impact Counter). He played college basketball at San Jose State, where he overlapped with Álvaro Cárdenas, and was named Mountain West Player of the Year by both coaches and the media in the 2022–23 season. In 2024, he won the Canadian league championship with the Niagara River Lions.
